Shipping Information & Rates


CaseCooler.com is a "Mail Order" only webstore.

CaseCooler.com does not provide local order pick up or delivery due to restrictions of County Zoning Laws.


Shipment general:
CaseCooler only ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. States, Hawaii, and Alaska. CaseCooler does not accept orders or ship to U.S. Territories at this time.

Orders are shipped to the address listed on your credit card only. Delays can be experienced when using an alternate ship to address for we must manually call and verify the address. There is no current system to date that verifies an alternate address electronically; therefore, we must call your bank for verification. If your bank has policies refusing to release this information then we will be unable to verify your primary or alternate address resulting in cancellation.



Paypal orders are shipped to the confirmed address only.

Most orders ship within 24 hours not including Weekends or Holidays.

Order processing completes at 2PM MST. This is when our packages leave to the carriers. We will make every effort to ship your order out as quickly as possible. There is no priority given nor is there a guarantee implied that your order will ship immediately if you choose UPS Express Services.

If there are any problems processing your order (e.g., payment, processing, stock) we will send an email notification and the order will be held until a response is received. If a response is not received in a timely manner the order will be cancelled.

Our company automation is centered towards product shipping. We do not call except in extenuating circumstances. Our primary communication is by e-mail, so please enter a valid one when you place an order with us. This is the method we will use to contact you.

Casecooler.com reserves the right to charge customers any additional fees that we may incur while shipping items in your behalf. This includes but is not limited to fees such as address corrections, modifications to shipping destinations, adjustments required on changes to your order, and website shipping miscalculations. Please be advised we will notify you of these changes. Shipping miscalulation generally applies to orders from Alaska and Hawaii not using US Priority Mail.

We will only ship complete orders. If your order includes an item not available, we will contact you regarding the item and provide you with an option of holding the order until the item is in stock or removing the item from the order. Contact is by e-mail.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs on refused/returned shipments. No Exceptions.

Shipments using customer accounts are not accepted



Shipment Responsibility:
Products shipped through the US Postal Service (US Mail) are shipped at the customer's risk. No Exceptions.

CaseCooler.com assumes no liability for items lost or stolen through the carriers we offer during shipping. CaseCooler.com has no control over the carriers offered. We cannot tell them how to do their job or where to leave packages. These issues must be pre-arranged by the customer and carrier at your location. We cannot make them get it there faster if there is a delay.

In the event that items are lost or stolen we will make every attempt to receive any compensation that is possible for our customer. If none is received from the carrier CaseCooler.com will not provide the compensation itself.

Unless UPS inspects the package we cannot replace or refund the items damaged. If your package is damaged by UPS please have the carrier inspect the package while you open it and ensure the contents of the package are not damaged. If the package was dropped off or another person received the package for you, please take the package to the UPS depot and open it there so that UPS can inspect it with you. CaseCooler.com does not have any recourse against UPS damages if UPS is not allowed to inspect the package upon opening.

Manufacturers and Distributors "Only" can contact us at: . This does not imply that one will be issued.

UPS ONLY allows us to request a refund after an invoice for services has been received by us. At that time we must call their phone automation and place the request for refund using the invoice and tracking number provided. UPS Express does not issue credits unless they see the discrepancy as negligence on their part. Meaning they have the last say. Act of God, Address Correction, and Weather are three of the largest reasons they provide to us for non-refunds.

Please be advised that we do review any and all shipments provided to our customers by UPS Express. When these discrepancies are noted we apply for these refunds in behalf of our customers. If and when any credit is issued they are passed on to our customer. This is a company policy and is final regardless of what the carriers may convey to you.

If a refund is provided by UPS it may take over 20 days to process after you receive shipment. UPS requires that the product is delivered before a business can request a refund.

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the delayed package.



Shipping rates:
Not every pound is listed. The table would be too long, instead the weights listed should cover 99.9% of the cases. Rates are good for 48 US states only, AK and HI please add about 10% more for shipping, except for Priority Mail under 1 lb.
