Return Policy and RMA Request : CaseCooler offers a 30 day return policy from date of invoice. Our return policy applies to defective products or for customers that would like to return an item for refund (New Items Only). Please note that items returned for refund must be new and un-used.. Unless the item is defective, once you've opened it, assembled it, or installed it, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, incomplete returns (missing screws, grease, etc) or returns not in a resalable condition (dirty, grease on heatsink, missing boxes or paperwork, scratched, marked, altered or not something you would accept as new and un-used), will be refused and returned at customer's expense. Our 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective and returned items. We do not provide cross-ship, exchanges, or instore credit. Please re-order the correct part through our web site.
Below are the instructions and requirements to complete an RMA. - Request for Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)

- A copy of the Original receipt is required.
- No RMA request will be issued or accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.
- Merchandise must be received by CaseCooler within 7 business days from the date the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is issued. If the RMA is not received within this time the RMA will be refused and void.
- A 20% restocking fee is charged on all merchandise returned for refund or not found defective. Additional fees or labor charges may apply on incomplete returns and items tested and (NPF) no problem found.
- Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be clean, complete with all original accessories, parts and original packaging.(not altered)
- All returns without Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused.
- Return shipping cost and packaging charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. CaseCooler will not accept these charges or refund them.
- RMA number must be prominently displayed on the shipping label or exterior of the return package.The original packaging must not be marked or altered.
Failure to comply with the instructions above will void the RMA. Once an RMA has been applied for and has failed completion by the customer additional request
for the same item will be denied and void. No credit will be issued, items sent not in compliance will not be returned.All sales are final 30 days after date of invoice.

CaseCooler.com. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). CaseCooler.com assigns and passes to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. Casecooler.com gives no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document.
The customer agrees to bear all all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Products must be returned via a major shipping carrier. The customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, and other items that were provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing or damaged or if the product has been damaged through shipping due to the customer's negligence
then CaseCooler.com will not honor the return claim and consider this contract to be breached.
All defective products are subject to substitution unless no substitution is available.

Casecooler.com does not warranty items to be compatible with your current components. Information on our website regarding products is from the manufacturer. CaseCooler.com is not responsible for manufacturer's performance claims. Any issues against these claims must be taken up with the

Note: One RMA request per order number. The RMA number is not generated by the website. The RMA Department will issue/email the instructions and RMA number after review within two business days. All fields must be completed or the RMA request will be rejected.
