General Policies

- CaseCooler customer data is not given out or sold to any external sources. CaseCooler respects our customers' right of privacy. CaseCooler obtains and stores data for internal uses only.
- Terms of Sale:
- CaseCooler only accepts orders from the contiguous 48 U.S. States, Hawaii, and Alaska at this time. CaseCooler does not accept orders, or ship to U.S. Territories.
International orders and orders placed with an International credit card will fail processing.
The confirmation email for your order is only an acknowledgement and is not a contract. The confirmation email is only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price.
CaseCooler.com reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to: additional credit information required, invalid credit card address, product out of stock, or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. CaseCooler may request additional verification on credit card orders for any amount, at any time. Failure to provide additional information when requested will subject the order to cancellation.
If a change is to be made to an order, CaseCooler.com will contact the customer for approval by email.
For invalid credit card addresses, CaseCooler.com will contact the customer through email. If an invalid email is provided then the order will be cancelled without notice.
All sales final 30 days after date of invoice.

- To make a PayPal payment
- Select the PayPal payment method on our billing page
- Do not enter an expiration date or credit card number because they are not needed
- Login to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com
- Select the Send Money tab
- Enter sales@casecooler.com in the Recipient's Email text box
- Enter the total amount of the invoice (shipping and subtotal) in the Amount text box
- Enter the invoice number in the Subject text box
- Select submit
PayPal policies
In compliance with the PayPal buyer/seller protection agreement CaseCooler can only ship to a PayPal address that is verified on your PayPal account. When filling out the shipping and billing addresses you must use the one that is listed on the PayPal account as confirmed otherwise your order will not be processed.
- Limited Liability

CaseCooler.com is not liable for third party claims against the customers. CaseCooler.com's maximum liability is limited to the products sold to the customer. Avoid damage to other components by inspecting all products you receive.
We provide only a means to obtain the items that you need. We can offer general advice but it is impossible for us to know every make and model of hardware in the market today. Make sure the products you buy will fit your system before you order it by checking the manufacturer's website.
- Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against CaseCooler.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the CaseCooler.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Laramie County Wyoming.
