The ATX tail must be used with this fan to ensure RPM sensing. Panaflo fan power tail ends are bare leads. We do offer adapters (Panaflo tails) that plug into the fan making it a 3 pin (ATX)or a 4 pin connection. Panaflo fans do not come with screws. Panaflo FBA09A12M-1BX fan power tail ends are bare leads.
